Twenty years ago, our first client came to us with a problem: a 102,000 square foot multi-tenant building in Carlsbad that was less than 50% occupied and in poor shape. Through hard work and ingenuity, Travis Burleson filled the building during the sluggish economy. His corrective measures and improvements made the building more appealing; careful screening increased the quality of the tenant mix, and a feeling of genuine pride and community was established among the tenants. Burleson Pacific was able to turn around a dire situation for the property owner and considerably increase the cash flow on the property. Twenty years later Burleson Pacific is still successfully managing this now lucrative building.
