J. Travis Burleson, President

Prior to opening his own firm in 1990, the Burleson Pacific Group, Travis has been a successful commercial real estate Broker, serving San Diego County since 1984. He has been involved in large transactions with companies such as Carlsbad Unified School District, Qualigen Diagnostics, Inc., CalDon Bio-Tech, R & F Products, Trinity Products, El Camino Rental, Hughes JVC, The Chart House Restaurant, Pacific Newport Properties, Founders Club Golf Company, Bayer Inc., General Dynamics, Resort Airlines Inc. and many others. His accomplishments include serving as a Commissioned Officer and Platoon Leader in the United States Army, serving in the US Marines and receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate from California State University, Long Beach. Travis is also involved in many community services. He is a member of the Carlsbad Rotary Club, an Advisory Board Member of California Community Bank and is a past board member of Santa Margarita YMCA and Leukemia Society of San Diego.

Robert M. Harding, Architect

Mr. Harding, NCARB has more than 40 years of experience in the design and construction of major commercial, industrial and institutional projects throughout the Southwestern United States. Prior to founding his own firm in 1975, he served as Director of Architecture for the John A. Alexander Co. and the John D. Lusk Co. In addition to his broad base of architectural skill and experience, he has special expertise in value engineering, construction techniques and building compliance. Robert is a corporate member of the A.I.A., a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and International Conference of Building Officials. He is registered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB; and in the states of California, Arizona, Hawaii and Nevada. Some of his clients include Federal Aviation Administration, TaylorMade Golf, Port of Long Beach Authority, T.R.W.- Electronics and Defense, Dollar-Rent-A-Car, Zelman Development Co.
